SHARING EXPENSE, LASTING COOPERATION – 5th PERIOD
With the aim of sharing the cost of domestic payment service with Customers, SCB hopes to bring the best services with the most competitive price to Customers.
The promotion program “Sharing expense, lasting cooperation” – 5thperiod lasting from August 06th 2010 to September 18th2010 inclusive will bring the individual and corporate customers using SCB’spayment services such prominent benefits as: using services with lower pricesor free of charge, receiving gifts or enjoying other preferential policies.
I. Duration
From August 06th2010 to September 18th 2010 inclusive
II. Participants:
All individual customers and corporate customers making such transactions as:
- Domestic remittance
- Overseas remittance (TT, Bankdraft and via Western Union).
- Receiving inward remittance for settlement of goods or services.
- Import – Export Payment by Letter of Credit and Documentary Collection
- Receiving inward remittance at SCB or receiving at SCB via Western Union system
- Payment the cheques provided by SCB.
- Using automatic bill payment service.
- Using payroll payment via SCB’s card accounts.
- Using the advanced eBanking service (transferring money within or out of SCB’s system through Internet Banking).
- Merchants of SCB’s card.
III. Prominent benefits:
Customers using SCB’s services within the duration of this program will enjoy the preferential policies as follows:
- For individual customers:
- Gifts: Customers can choose one of these things (rectangular bag or 3-color highlight pen)
- ATM’s issuance free of charge for customers or their relatives (Including: Tai Card, Loc Card, Phu Card, Quy Card, Rose Card or SCB Link Card)
- For corporate customers:
- Using payroll payment service of SCB: free of charge for the first six months aftersigning the contract and free of charge for issuing ATM card for the laborers of customer (for new customers) or discount 50% of payroll payment fee from the duration of this program to the end of 2010, including incentive payment (forexisting customers)
- Merchants of SCB’s card: reducing 0.11% of discount fee (including VAT) of POS service in the duration of this program.
- Moreover, for each transaction with SCB customers will receive 02 coupons stipulating the preferences on using fee for coupon holder when making transactions with SCB.
Accordingly, for each coupon above, customers can enjoy the reduction on fee or free of charge of using service for 01 time of making transaction with coupon. Specifically, customers can choose to receive one of the following preferences:
- Discount 35% of domestic remittance fee.
- Receiving the blank cheque free of charge: 01 cheque book for individual customer, maximum 03 cheque book for corporate customer.
- Using automatic bill payment service free of charge in the first 06 months for new registers.
- Discount 20% of token fee for customer using advanced eBanking service.
- Discount 30% of the fee of cash collection at customers’ premises service.
IV. Regulations
- Customer will enjoy a discount of 35% for domestic remittance fee via ebanking channel (including the minimum fee) without presenting the coupon service, applying from August 06th 2010 to the date of new announcement from SCB.
- There is no reduction on fee or remittance free of charge in forms of payroll payment through the accounts out of SCB’s system for staffs of corporate (opening payroll payment account at SCB)
- There is no reduction on fee or free of charge for using payroll payment service as well as POS discount fee in case that the corporate or the merchant cancels the existing contract and signs a new one.
- Each individual customer just receives 01 gift during the duration of this program.
- Gift can’t be converted to cash
- Gift can be converted to 01 coupon and customer can use this coupon to have the reduction on fee.
- Customers still benefit from the preferences stipulated in customers’ policies for card, POS and ebanking services if eligible, excluding the preferences for reduction or free of charge on service fee.
- Other regulations not stipulated in this promotional program are subject to current regulations of SCB.
V. Regulations on using Service Coupon
- Coupon is valid to December 31st 2010 inclusive
- Coupon can’t be converted to cash
- Customer can just receive coupon at the time of using service. After finishing transaction, all the requests of receiving coupon are invalid.
- Term of coupon is from the time of receiving coupon to the due date inclusive stipulated on coupon. If the coupon expires, coupon holder will not enjoy any preferential treatments on using fee when making transaction with coupon.
- For each transaction with coupon, customers will enjoy one of the preferences stipulated on coupon.
- Accumulating many coupons to enjoy preferences for one time of using service is not allowed.
- Service Coupon is a bearer coupon. Therefore, customers should keep them carefully. Coupon in bad condition (e.g creasy, erased, scraped, fired a part, torn, crush, smeary, wet … etc) is invalid.
- Customer can transfer, give or present the coupon freely and SCB is not responsible for such kinds of transactions.
- Each coupon is valid for one time of making transaction. After being used, coupon is no longer valid and SCB will take it back.
