VII. Regulations
- Every customer in his/her first inward remittance by T/T or by Western Union received at SCB offices will be given a wallet and a set of ATM card named “Tài – Lộc – Phú – Quý”.
- If customer does not have the ATM set of cards: SCB offers a gift of set of ATM “Tài – Lộc – Phú – Quý” card
- If customer does not collect a full set of above ATM cards: SCB offers the missing ones in this set to customer
- If customer already has the full set of ATM card: SCB offers a coupon for free issuance of ATM set, so that customer can give it to relatives
- If customer does not want to issue any ATM cards: SCB offers a coupon for free issuance of ATM set, so that customer can give it to relatives
For each of next remittances, customer will be given a wallet and a coupon for free issuance of ATM set (it is applied for ATM card’s original owner, not sub-owner)
- Customers sell foreign currency to SCB to get VND and deposit such VND amount to savings account with SCB: if the deposit meets requirement stated in “Giving belief – Receiving gratitude” program, customer will receive one more coupon for additional interest for next deposit.
- Customer sells foreign currency to receive VND in cash: For each lot of USD 500 sold to SCB to get VND, customer can get a new 2-USD banknote (lucky note). In case of other foreign currencies, customer can swap this currency to USD first, then sell the USD amount to get VND.
- Other matters not mentioned here are subject to SCB’s current regulations.
